Prompt service brilliant communication

Jake was excellent, quickly identified the problem and sorted it there and then. Provided really useful advice as well. Highly recommended. The wider booking system which got Jake to us was let down by misleading (over-optimistic) advice about when he/ the service engineer would get to us.

Jason was very helpful and friendly, and got on with a nice clean job.
